Dear Done Rite Carpet Care,
We are so MAD that we didn't listen to Done Rite Carpet Care! We had 2 companies come give us a bid for cleaning the dirty and stinky carpets in one of our rental properties about 1900 sq ft. We had Done Rite out first, you explained that the carpet was beyond cleaning and actually recommended us taking the money set aside for cleaning (about $500 bucks) and put that towards some really economical rental carpet. The second company gave me a quote for just under what we had set aside and that the spots and odor would not be a problem. Because money was an issue we hired the second company to take care of the carpets. The carpets were a little better, but the new tenant moving in had a small child and they refused to move in if that odor wasn't gone. We ended up buying a new carpet to remedy the odor.
