Answer: It's called our 'No-Brainer' maintenance program. When you have at least 650 sq. ft. cleaned with our 'Gold' or 'Platinum Plus' cleaning packages you automatically qualify for a free 6 month cleaning. All you have to pay for at the time of the free 6 month cleaning  is the replenishing of  your carpet's Stain Guard (28 cents per sq ft) on the areas originally cleaned to help your carpets stay looking new as long as possible. Question: Does your cleaning process soak the backing of the carpet?

Answer: No, although our process rinses the carpet deep down, moisture does not penetrate the backing of the carpet. With our powerful truck-mounted equipment, your carpet is rinsed and left only damp to the touch, its stain thoroughly extracted.

Question:  Should I have my carpet dry cleaned or steam cleaned?

Answer: As mentioned earlier, most major carpet manufacturers recommend truck-mounted hot-water extraction as the preferred method and in most cases hot-water extraction is required to keep valuable warranties in tact. Hot-water extraction done properly by a certified trained technician removes more soil and spots than dry cleaning methods. Question:  I've heard it's best to put off having your carpet cleaned as long as possible, is this true?

Answer: No. In fact, many of the major carpet mills today recommend professional cleaning at least once per year. The build up of soil in your carpet in combination with foot traffic creates abrasion that breaks down your carpet's fibers. The higher the traffic in a given area, the more often the carpet will need cleaning.

Question: Why do stains and traffic patterns keep coming back? Can you solve this problem?

Answer:  YES we can! Recurring stains and traffic patterns occur as a result of improper cleaning which leaves soap and oily residue in the carpet.
